Booking & Scheduling

Begin by submitting a private inquiry through our Contact page. You'll receive a personalized response within 24–48 hours with a recommendation and next steps. We do not use an automated booking system — every inquiry is handled personally.

We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure availability and allow time for proper preparation. For same-week requests, please reach out directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We offer sessions Monday through Saturday, with morning (8am–12pm), afternoon (12pm–5pm), and evening (5pm–8pm) availability. We understand that high-achieving clients have demanding schedules, and we work to accommodate your needs.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. Please reach out as soon as you know you need to make a change — we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Service Areas & Logistics

We currently serve select metropolitan areas. Please submit an inquiry with your location and we'll confirm availability. We are actively expanding our service areas and welcome inquiries from new regions.

Very little. We bring everything needed: the table, linens, aromatherapy, tools, and ambiance. We ask only for a private room with enough space for our equipment (approximately 8x10 feet) and access to a bathroom.

We typically arrive 20–30 minutes before your session begins to set up quietly and efficiently. Breakdown after the session takes approximately 15–20 minutes. We handle everything — you simply rest.

Yes. We serve clients in private residences, hotel suites, and vacation rentals. Please note the location in your inquiry and we'll confirm logistics.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is foundational to everything we do. All client information — including your name, contact details, health information, and session notes — is held in the strictest confidence. We never share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party.

No. We operate with complete discretion. Our practitioners arrive in unmarked vehicles, and all communications are handled through secure, private channels. Your experience with us is entirely your own.

We collect only the information necessary to provide your service and communicate with you. All data is stored securely and deleted upon request. Please contact us if you have specific data privacy questions.

Session Expectations

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with easy arm access is ideal for IV placement. We'll provide specific guidance based on your chosen service when you confirm your booking.

We recommend avoiding heavy meals for 1–2 hours before your session, staying well-hydrated, and setting aside any commitments for the hours following your experience. We'll send you a complete preparation guide when you confirm your booking.

Please disclose any health conditions, injuries, medications, or concerns in your inquiry form. As a nurse-led service, we take your health history seriously and will adapt or recommend against certain techniques as appropriate. Your safety is always our first priority.

Absolutely. We encourage you to share your preferences, sensitivities, and any techniques you'd like to include or avoid. Every session is customized, and your input is essential to creating the right experience for you.

Packages & Digital Offerings

Yes. We offer curated packages for clients who want ongoing support. Package options include monthly wellness programs, seasonal reset packages, and corporate wellness arrangements. Please inquire for current package offerings.

We are currently developing a suite of digital wellness resources for clients, including guided audio experiences, nervous system regulation programs, and intentional living guides. These will be available to clients and through our website in the near future.

Yes. We work with companies, executive teams, and private groups to provide wellness experiences as part of leadership retreats, team appreciation events, and corporate wellness programs. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
