Your journey begins with a simple, private inquiry. Share a little about yourself — your goals, your current state, what you're hoping to experience. There's no pressure, no sales call, and no commitment required at this stage. We simply want to understand you.

Our inquiry form is designed to be thoughtful, not transactional. We ask about your wellness goals, any health considerations, your preferred timing, and your location. Everything you share is held in the strictest confidence.

Receive Your Personalized Recommendation

Within 24–48 hours, you'll receive a personalized response from our team. Based on what you've shared, we'll recommend the session or combination of offerings that best aligns with your needs — along with any questions we have to refine the experience further.

This is not an automated response. Every recommendation is thoughtfully crafted by our founder or a senior team member who has reviewed your inquiry with care.

Schedule Your Session

Once you've confirmed your session, we'll coordinate a date and time that works within your schedule. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening availability, and we work around your commitments — not the other way around.

You'll receive a detailed confirmation with everything you need to know: what to expect, how to prepare your space, what we'll bring, and how to reach us with any questions.

Minimal effort, maximum comfort

Prepare Your Space

We ask very little of you in terms of preparation. A comfortable, private room with enough space for our equipment is all that's needed. We'll send you a simple preparation guide that takes no more than 15 minutes to follow.

We bring everything: the table, the linens, the aromatherapy, the tools, and the ambiance. Your only job is to be present and allow yourself to receive.
